François Leroy is the descendant of four generations of printers and product packagers. He began his career at his father’s graphic design firm, Graphie 66, first as a summer intern where he learned from seasoned pros then steadily rising to become the agency’s senior production manager. Drawing upon this invaluable experience, François launched Bleu Banquise in 1999, where his organizational skills, meticulous eye for detail, and ability to work successfully as part of a team enabled the company to grow and flourish. François is also an avid fan of American football and since 1986 has served as president of the Flash de La Courneuve, a locally sponsored team that has 11-times won the French championship.
Frédéric brings an academic background in journalism and proven writing experience to the team. As our in-house writer, he pens the words of Bleu Banquise in a style all his own. His impossible dream? To be able to illustrate his texts.
Andy studied comic strip design and illustration. A technical wizard, he is responsible for ensuring the seamless functioning of our architecture and operating software systems. Andy unwinds by listening to pop music.

From her studies of the arts, Karine acquired a taste for modern estheticism and developed skills to transform ideas into visual representations. She brings these to life right before our clients’ eyes. In her down time, she makes jewelry.
An industrial designer by trade, Emmanuel collaborated with different organizations as a project manager and 2D-3D visual design specialist before joining our team. His extensive knowledge of architectural drafting and modeling is an indispensable asset to our work. If not for computer graphics, Emmanuel would have loved to become a horticulturist.

Robert Doisneau, the famous photographer of Paris, said of him: “Gaston catches the sparkle in a subject’s eyes better than anyone I’ve ever met.” Gaston developed a passion for photography during his youth in Pau, in the southwest of France. In 1981, he was awarded the Grand Prix de Rome; in 1984, the Quinze d’Or for Best Picture of the Year by the French Rugby Federation; in 1989, the Best Cinematic Portrait at the Cannes Film Festival. A longtime friend of the Leroy family, Gaston is an invaluable contributor.
Before he started writing best-selling books and biographies, our Canadian associate worked in a variety of occupations including as a American football coach, a sports and litterature journalist, a magazine editor, a professionnal translator and interpreter… But his favorite job is the one he’s doing right now: fiction writer. When Luc isn’t juggling with words, he’s probably hustling and bustling in the kitchen.
